**Role & responsibilities** - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the BHR - Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive cases such as absconding, misconduct, and behavioral issues, ensuring fair and impartial resolution. - Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of respect and professionalism. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, legal, and management, to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements. - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes - Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and related topics to enhance organizational awareness and competency. **Preferred candidate profile** - Any Graduate - 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in BHR - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - No team handling experience required
