**Key Skills:** Tableau, Analytics, Data Visualization, Excel **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery. - Lead and mentor an offshore BI team, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution. - Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting. - Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports. - Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines. - Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates. - Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations. **Skills Required:** - Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization - Solid experience in data analytics and business intelligence concepts - Ability to manage end-to-end BI projects and deliver actionable insights - Experience in data validation, governance, and quality assurance - Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
