Job Description Business Intelligence & Data Analytics – Finance Operations – Order to Cash . Experience & Expertise • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, and Reporting. • Proven experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in analytics and visualization technologies. • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-scale analytics and business intelligence solutions. 2. Data Analytics & Visualization • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one or more leading BI platforms: • Power BI, Tableau or Qlik • Ability to design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions. • Experience translating business requirements into actionable insights and reporting solutions. 3. Data Engineering & Database Skills • Advanced proficiency in: • SQL, Azure SQL, Databricks, or GCP BigQuery • Azure Data Factory, SSIS or Alteryx • Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. • Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple source systems. 4. Enterprise Solution Development • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade analytics platforms and reporting frameworks. • Knowledge of data architecture, governance, security, scalability, and best practices. • Ability to lead end-to-end solution development from requirements gathering through deployment. 5. Automation & Microsoft Power Platform • Hands-on expertise in: • Power Apps • Power Automate • Experience developing business applications and workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. • Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and data sources. 6. Stakeholder & Leadership Capabilities • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. • Ability to engage with senior leadership to identify business needs and define analytical strategies. • Experience mentoring and guiding analytics teams and technical resources. • Strong communication and presentation skills. 7. Education • Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate) preferred B.Tech/BCA/MCA. 8. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Python. • Ability to develop and deploy Copilot Agents and AI-powered business solutions. • Exposure to Generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
