Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Call existing customers for Commercial Vehicle (CV) insurance renewals. - Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for renewal follow-up and customer servicing. - Manage renewal leads for high-value Digital Partners. - Generate renewal quotations across multiple insurers and negotiate with customers. - Complete end-to-end online renewal policy issuance for Commercial Vehicles (>3.5 Ton GVW). - Collect and verify renewal documents and ensure timely policy issuance. - Achieve renewal conversion, premium, and productivity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. **Skills Required:** - Experience in CV Motor Insurance Renewals. - Knowledge of insurer portals, quote generation, and online policy issuance. - Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
