**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the retail channel. - Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market share. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels (retail & wholesale). - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. **Job Requirements :** - 2-15 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in channel distribution management. - Strong understanding of retail channel sales, including distribution channel sales and retail distribution. - Proven track record of achieving high levels of performance through effective leadership and strategy execution.
