### **Are you passionate about data and continuous improvement?** ### **Are you looking for a highly visible role in a fast-paced learning environment?** **Join our Central Sales Operations Team!** The Central Sales Ops team is a cross-divisional business operations function that operationalizes business architecture through design, definition, and governance of policies, processes and tools necessary to support our global go-to-market teams. #### **Partner with the best** As a Business Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and other Key Stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing data in the Salesforce CRM application. You will collaborate to design and implement business process improvements within Salesforce that streamline how users interact with the system. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Managing data creation, standardization and deduplication efforts within Salesforce. - Developing Sales dashboards for business leaders that will guide actions that optimize performance. - Establish and maintain data integrity controls. Formulate and monitor processes, procedures and standards relating to data integrity. - Support for M&A integrations; mapping acquired company CRM accounts and contracts to Akamai SFDC, working with the acquired company and project leads within Akamai. - Engaging regularly with Sales Operations teams to provide updates for informed decision-making. - Becoming a subject matter expert in Sales data and dashboards. #### **Do what you love** To be successful in this role, you will: - Have a bachelor's degree and 2-5  years of experience managing data hygiene in Salesforce and delivering high-quality dashboards in Salesforce. - Deep understanding of sales process, Salesforce.com, advanced MS Excel and other sales tools. Salesforce Administrator Certification would be a plus. - Understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model, including workflows, custom objects and roles/profiles. - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to use collaboration tools like Jira, Google Docs and Confluence to organise work. - Experience in working on Validity DemandTools would be an advantage. **We power and protect life online, by solving the toughest challenges, together.** At Akamai, we're curious, innovative, collaborative and tenacious.
