We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers. **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities** - Focuses on process standardization, performance tracking, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. - Support design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business and sales processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure execution alignment - Manage and track key sales operations activities including pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data governance - Generate business insights through data analysis, reporting dashboards, and KPI tracking - Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations. - Assist in business planning, performance reviews, and identification of growth opportunities **Key Skills** - Strong understanding of business processes and sales operations - Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting - Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, etc.) - Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards. - Process improvement and problem-solving skills - Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities - Attention to detail and execution rigor **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred) with 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or process management.
