**Key Skills:** Investment Banking, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Documentation, Functional Specifications, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Data Analysis, Data Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Project Coordination, UAT, Agile Methodology, Process Mapping, Project Delivery. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Lead business analysis activities for CIM Data Enablement initiatives within an Investment Banking environment. - Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and acceptance criteria. - Perform data analysis and support reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx to drive business insights and decision-making. - Coordinate project execution by tracking progress, managing dependencies, risks, and ensuring timely delivery. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Prepare and maintain high-quality business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and project artifacts. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and solution sign-off. - Provide guidance on project approach, deliverables, and process improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional collaboration where required. **Experience Required** - 11-13 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Enablement, or Project Delivery within Financial Services/Investment Banking. - Strong Investment Banking domain expertise with experience supporting business processes. - Hands-on experience in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx for data analysis and reporting. - Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery. - Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. - Stakeholder management and team coordination experience is preferred. **Education:** Any Graduation
