Business Project Manager - Business Transformation & Tool Deployment

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end business transformation projects from planning through deployment, stabilization, and benefits tracking. - Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting. - Lead deployment of digital tools, workflow solutions, automation, and analytics platforms. - Coordinate with Business, IT, Automation, Process Owners, Vendors, and Leadership to ensure successful delivery. - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. - Develop and execute change management, communication, training, readiness, and user adoption plans. - Track project benefits, adoption, performance, and business outcomes against agreed KPIs. - Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and timely decision-making. - Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers, escalating where required. - Ensure proper SOPs, documentation, support processes, and ownership are established before project handover. **Preferred candidate profile** 8+ years of experience managing business transformation/digital projects, with hands-on exposure to tool deployment, automation, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder management. PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification and experience with Power Platform, RPA, analytics or process improvement would be an advantage.
