**Job Title:** **Business Strategy Analytics Manager CB CAO Central Delivery** **Corporate Title: AVP** **Location: Mumbai, India** **Role Description** - Join a high-performing, central team within CB Central that supports the Global Divisional COO Office at Deutsche Bank. - This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Product COOs, HR Business Partners, Reward Advisors, Finance, and Business Management Control teams across the Corporate Bank globally. - We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who brings fresh ideas, executes with precision, and continuously seeks to improve how we work. - The team operates in a fast-paced, cyclical environment with varied and time-sensitive deliverables. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. **Your key responsibilities** - Coordinate year-end processes for the Corporate Bank, including promotions and compensation cycles. - Support divisional strategy for headcount management, planning, and reporting. - Conduct data analysis to generate insights, reports, and compelling presentations that support strategic decision-making. - Design and maintain data models and dashboards using MS Excel to support people, finance, and Workday systems. - Create high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate key messages to senior leadership. - Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with global stakeholders across Finance, HR, Product COOs, and Business Management. - Manage divisional FTE modelling and MI requirements using the Pharos People Platform. - Translates business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams and contributes to the team s transformation agenda. **Your skills and experience** - Minimum 7 8 years of relevant experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles. - Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn divisional context. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modelling and reporting. - Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop insightful analytics. - Excellent PowerPoint skills with a flair for storytelling and executive-level communication. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. - Highly organized with the ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. **How we ll support you** - Training and development to help you excel in your career. - Coaching and support from experts in your team. - A culture of continuous learning to aid progression. - A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs.
