Head – Program Management Office (PMO) Location: Bengaluru, India Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) About the Role The Head of Program Management Office (PMO) is the CEO's execution partner, responsible for ensuring that the company's strategic priorities are translated into flawless execution. The role leads cross-functional program management across Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail Expansion, Customer Experience, Digital, and Business Operations while establishing governance, accountability, and operational excellence. CEO Strategic Execution Translate the CEO's vision into measurable company-wide programs, own the CEO action tracker, drive annual operating plans, monitor execution, prepare executive reviews, and ensure timely closure of strategic initiatives. Enterprise Program Management Lead strategic programs including new vehicle development, product launches, manufacturing capacity expansion, supplier industrialization, localization, cost reduction (VA/VE), ERP/DMS/CRM transformation, retail and service expansion, charging ecosystem deployment, and international market expansion. New Product Development Governance Govern the complete product lifecycle from concept to SOP, tracking engineering milestones, validation, tooling, PPAP, APQP, supplier readiness, manufacturing readiness, homologation, and launch readiness. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Readiness Drive factory readiness, production ramp-up, CapEx execution, equipment installation, tooling, supplier readiness, and coordination between Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality. Retail & Customer Operations Ensure readiness of showrooms, sales operations, after-sales service, spare parts, training, customer support, marketing, and CRM before market launches. Business Performance Management Develop executive dashboards, monitor strategic initiatives, review business performance, identify execution gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Governance & Reviews Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reviews, maintain milestone trackers, risk registers, issue logs, and decision trackers. Risk Management Identify enterprise risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues with recommended actions. Process Excellence Standardize PMO methodologies, improve execution discipline, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA preferred. 12–18 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Operations, or Strategy, preferably in automotive, EV, manufacturing, or technology industries.
