Acting as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, the Technology Business Analyst ensures system integrity, data quality, and user access are maintained to the highest standard. They partner with operational teams across functions to resolve technical issues, manage approval workflows, and govern user data — ensuring platforms remain reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose at all times.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Systems Analysis & Support• Perform daily preventative maintenance monitoring across all active digital trackers and platforms• Triage and resolve user-submitted support tickets across all supported processes and work applicationsData Quality Management• Process data correction requests across all active trackers and submission workflows• Maintain and update reference data and dropdown configurations across platforms to reflect current operational requirementsLicenses and Access Management Support• Process user access and platform license requests, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning• Maintain records of all access grants and license allocations in line with governance requirements   Skills• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose technical and data-related issues across complex digital workflows• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in data validation, user record management, and access provisioning• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support non-technical users with confidence• Proactive and self-directed — able to identify issues independently and take corrective action without waiting for escalation • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Lists• Proficiency in Smartsheet is considered a strong advantage   Experience• Prior experience in a technical support, systems administration, or business analyst role• Experience working with global or cross-regional teams in a multicultural environment   Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field is considered a strong advantage Location: Remote –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
