Ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies/anomalies, and work with stakeholders to deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities: • Gather data from multiple internal/external sources and document sources used.1 • Clean, validate, and reconcile datasets; identify missing/incomplete information and resolve inconsistencies. • Analyze data to spot trends, issues, and anomalies; escalate discrepancies to the right stakeholders with evidence. • Build and maintain dashboards/reports; translate findings into clear summaries for business partners • Enter and maintain data in required systems/tools; ensure timely updates and high accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements, align definitions, and improve data quality/processes. • Maintain audit-ready documentation and organize supporting materials in shared repositories. Skills and qualifications: • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; able to interpret moderately complex issues within standard procedures. • Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset (validation, reconciliation, anomaly checks). • Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting/BI tools (add your required tools: Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.). • Clear communication—can explain insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
