**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **PMO Transition Manager** to lead end-to-end transition programs for a Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is responsible for migrating business functions such as **Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations** from global locations into the India GCC. The ideal candidate should have independently led business process transitions, built transition governance frameworks from scratch, and managed global stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle. **Note: This role is NOT suitable for candidates with only IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, ERP Implementation, Application Migration, Software Deployment, or Product Transition experience.** **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end business process transition programs into the India GCC. - Define transition scope, implementation plans, governance structure, and project milestones. - Build transition frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and operating models from scratch. - Develop and execute Knowledge Transfer (KT) plans with sending and receiving teams. - Drive transition readiness, service rehearsals, cutover planning, and hypercare activities. - Coordinate with Global Process Owners, HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and business leaders. - Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. - Present project status and governance updates to senior leadership. - Ensure successful stabilization of transitioned processes and achievement of business objectives. **Mandatory Requirements** - 7+ years of overall experience with **3 to 5+ years of end-to-end Transition Management**. - Proven experience leading **Business Process Transitions** (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Shared Services). - Experience working in a **Global Capability Center (GCC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Shared Services environment**. - Demonstrated ownership of transition programs from planning through hypercare. - Experience creating governance frameworks, transition methodologies, KT plans, and operating models. - Strong stakeholder management with global teams across multiple geographies. - Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
