Job description

Required qualifications to be successful in this role Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday and/or LMS applications. Experience with Workday Talent & Skills business processes and security configuration. Strong experience executing EIB loads and troubleshooting data issues. Experience with application support, reporting, issue management, and production support activities. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA. Experience monitoring integrations and resolving interface issues. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting both Workday and Learning Management Systems. Workday certifications in Talent, Performance, Recruiting, or Learning modules. LMS certifications or formal LMS training. Experience working with HR and IT stakeholders. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Knowledge of Workday reporting and integration frameworks.
