**Role & responsibilities** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **C++ .NET Developer** with 68 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **C++, C++/CLI, .NET Framework/.NET**, object-oriented design principles, and Windows application development. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain applications using **C++ and .NET technologies**. - Develop and enhance Windows desktop applications and backend components. - Work on **native and managed code interoperability** using C++/CLI. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system reliability. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. - Develop and consume APIs, services, and reusable software components. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and product owners throughout the SDLC. - Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials. - Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making. **Required Skills** - 6-8 years of software development experience. - Strong proficiency in **C++ (C++11/14/17 or higher)**. - Experience with **C++/CLI** and **.NET Framework/.NET**. - Solid understanding of **Object-Oriented Design (OOD)** and design patterns. - Experience in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with **Visual Studio** and debugging tools. - Strong knowledge of **Windows application development**. - Experience with **REST APIs** and web services. - Knowledge of **SQL Server** and database design principles. - Experience with source control tools such as **Git/Azure DevOps**. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
