Our mission is to enhance customer experiences through advanced technology and dedicated support, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. **About the Role** The C2M Expert – Functional and Technical will play a crucial role in the design, development, and support of Oracle C2M and related systems, ensuring effective integration and functionality across various modules. **Responsibilities** - Oracle C2M/ CC&B and MDM Solution Design, development and support - Testing execution - Stakeholder Management **Qualifications** - 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B **Required Skills** - Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc. - Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals - Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points - Experience in Solution Design and support - Good communication Skills **Preferred Skills** - Functional Knowledge on utility industry - Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers - Stakeholder Management **Pay range and compensation package** Location - Kolkata Desired Experience Range - 5+ years **Equal Opportunity Statement** We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
