PFB details **Interview Venue:** Tata Technologies, (Third & Ground Floor), Salarpuria Supreme, Khata No. 137, Survey No. 92/5, Munnekolalu Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, India 560037 Time: 9AM - 1PM 📃 Interview Process: • Shortlisting of profile at venue • Technical Interview • Tool Test • HR discussion PFB job description Scope of Role CAD, powertrain integration, Fuel System Area of Responsibility - Create, update, and maintain 3D CAD models and assemblies for fuel system components using CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE - Develop 2D drawings with correct GD&T, tolerances, and automotive drawing standards - Work on fuel tanks, fuel lines, pumps, rails, filters, valves, brackets, and mountings - Support powertrain and vehicle‑level packaging and interface integration activities - Perform interference checks, clearance analysis, and mass properties validation - Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECO) across design stages from KO to SOP - Ensure CAD data compliance with OEM CAD standards, best practices, and naming conventions - Collaborate closely with module leads, system engineers, and manufacturing teams - Support DFMEA, design reviews, and prototype / vehicle build activities - Interface with suppliers for CAD data exchange, quality checks, and updates - Release CAD data via PLM systems in line with project milestones Knowledge / Experience – 2 to 4 Years Essential: - Automotive domain knowledge with working experience of fuel system commodities. - Support/Lead Design reviews and design changes respecting feasibility and timeline - Timely CAD completion for S/T/P releases - Understanding of commodity release & change management - Understanding of Proto & Production BOM - Excellent CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 2D/3D skills. - Exposure to PLM tools such as TeamCenter. - GD&T knowledge is a must. - Proficiency in using MS tools such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
