**Role Title- CAE Engineer - Crash & Safety (Upper IHI)** **Tools** - LS-DYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer and D3PLOT, Altair Hyper Works, Working knowledge on Teamcenter/ 3D Experience,, Exp 6 + **Education** -Bachelors/Master s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field **Detailed JD** - The CAE engineer will be responsible for carrying out upper interior head impact analysis and model build. - Creation of CAE Models [ system level/ BIW / Full vehicle]. - Ability to model / Debug upper IHI / FMVSS 201U models using primer. - Ability to integrate upper trims and headliners into vehicle environment. - Ability to run CAE upper IHI/FMVSS 201U analysis in LS-dyna, summarize results and feedback conclusion to customers In an efficient manner. - Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles
