Join us in redefining the future of finance through innovation, technology, and a commitment to financial inclusivity. **Job Title:** Campus Recruiter **Experience:** 3 to 7 years of experience **Location:** Bangalore **Role overview:** We are looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiter to lead and execute campus hiring initiatives across premier management, and graduate institutes. The role involves building strong institute relationships, planning hiring drives, managing employer branding activities, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from engagement to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campus recruitment and internship programs, with the ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns in a fast-paced environment. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including campus planning, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, faculty members, and student communities across target campuses. - Plan and execute campus engagement initiatives such as pre-placement talks, career fairs, hackathons, and internship programs to strengthen Rupeek's employer brand. - Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and deliver campus hiring targets. - Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring data, and continuously improve campus hiring processes and candidate experience. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred. - 3-7 years of experience in Campus Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. - Willingness to travel for campus hiring activities **Must Have:** - Proven experience in end-to-end campus hiring. - Hands-on experience in organizing campus drives, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives. - Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple campus hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
