Menu Planning. Food Quality Check. SLA strict Implementation. Handling Grievances. Food Bills processing. Meal recovery of Contractors, Pantry and Non-Pantry. Compliance check. Vehicle repair and Maintenance ISO/OHSAS & Environment Audit documentation. Competencies / Skills Ability to work/ Handle in a Unionised atmosphere Team Management & Day to day Briefings Industrial Canteen Work Experience. Willingness to work in Shifts
