About the job Role : Regional Capacity Lea dExp Range : 8-10 Yr sLocation : Delhi & Mumba i Must Have Key Skill s: · Good communication skills (written/verbal ) ·Proficiency in Regional/Local Language written/verba l ·Experienced in interacting with distributors/retail agencie s ·Experience in conducting infra/building audits across channel partners . ·Role required to work for extended working hours as situation deman d ·Role Required for Extensive Travel within Zone/Region/Hu b ·Must be ready to work six days a week or as per define rostering for the tea m ·Experience in screening Compliance documents (commercial building) in detai l ·High Ethical and moral value s ·Experience in conducting mass Infra/building audit across channels . ·Experience in strong coordination and follow up across department s ·Must have managed a team . ·Some exposure of understanding of Property ownership related legal docs . ·Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressur e ·Vendor Management skills -Getting work done from support agencies . ·Good computer knowledge (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint e tc. Roles & Responsibiliti es : 1 Complete ownership of infra expansion for the zone/region/state /city2 Supervision & Monitoring, Training and development of team members engaged in Capacity Expa nsion3 Responsible for searching for new LISP/IDZ/LTL partners within the zone/region/state/city and onboarding them as per the pro cess.4 Visiting and evaluation of proposed sites for Exam related infrastructure as per the define TCS iON guide lines5 Overall owner for conducting Admin Audit (Part of Standard LISP Audit) in the overall zone/region/state /city6 Ownership for completion and coordination of 4/5 Stage Audit (Power/Networking/Ops/Admin/legal) in the overall r egion7 Submission of completed Audit Reports in the overall zone/region/state/city and maintain proper record of all documents/report/a udits8 Complete ownership on coordination for BGC & DD Documents with Partner & Internal teams Thanks & Re gards,
