**Who We Are Looking For** - Strong and fluent **English communication skills**. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. - Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective learners over calls. - Ability to deliver an effective and convincing **sales pitch**. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong desire to achieve targets. - Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Candidates with a passion for sales, customer interaction, and career growth are encouraged to apply. **What Youll Do** - Connect with prospective learners and understand their career goals and learning needs. - Explain and pitch our flagship 6-month cohort-based learning programs, including Data Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Gen AI, and more. - Guide learners towards the right program based on their interests and career aspirations. - Handle the complete sales process, from initial interaction to conversion. - Build strong relationships with prospective learners and create trust through effective communication. - Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience. - Learn and develop strong sales and consultative selling skills in a fast-paced environment.
