1 Role\\*\\* **CC&B Expert – Functional** 2 Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\* **Oracle CC&B, MDM** Desired Experience Range\\*\\* **7 - 12 + years** 5 Location of Requirement **Kolkata,** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should have more than 6 + years of CC&B exp)** 1. 8 - 12 + years of Experience on Oracle CC&B and MDM functional like Customer Information, Billing, Rating, Meter Configurations, Field Activities, Service Agreements, Service Tasks etc. 2. Sound knowledge in interaction methodology between CC&B and MDM. 3. Good communication Skills and Testing Knowledge **Responsibilities (Functional)** 1. Join customer workshop and discuss on the functional requirements. 2. Create Test Scenario document based on the discussion with business users. 3. Ability to create Test Cases on the functional requirements 4. Experience in end to end test cycle of CC&B and MDM 5. Develop test script with testing team and execute those as and when necessary 6. Once the functionality deployed in SIT (System integration testing instance) please validate and deploy it to UAT environment. If there are defects raised by user that needs to fix it. 7. Work with user to close the UAT with user. 8. If user needs any training on the user functionalities needs to extend help in training users. 9. Interacts with person/team for next level of discussion to help in resolution. 10. Flexible enough to extend service support. **Good-to-Have** 1. Functional Knowledge on utility industry 2. Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers 3.
