## **Job Description:** - Join a quality driven team where your expertise in utility billing and functional testing helps deliver accurate reliable and compliant billing solutions - In this role you will lead end to end testing and validation efforts collaborate with cross functional teams and drive quality improvements to ensure seamless customer experiences - This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while mentoring teams and contributing to high quality utility billing transformations ## **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee end to end testing for utility billing implementations ensuring accurate and compliant billing outcomes - Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop test strategies execute functional validation manage defects and support release readiness - Drive quality through effective test planning billing process validation stakeholder coordination team mentoring and comprehensive reporting ## **Technical Requirements:** - Proven experience leading testing teams mentoring team members and managing large scale utility billing releases - Strong stakeholder management skills expertise in UAT coordination release signoffs and a track record of driving improvements in testing processes quality reporting and delivery predictability ## **Additional Responsibilities:** - Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent with 4 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering focused on Utility Billing and Functional Testing - Strong expertise in test planning functional validation defect management and coordinating testing activities to ensure quality delivery within project timelines ## **Preferred Skills:** Domain->Utilities Distribution->Utilities Distribution - Metering & Invoicing,Technology->Testing Technologyes->Functionality Testing Technology
