About Company Job Description **Job Purpose** Work in shifts as in charge and help to run the production system in most efficient ways by utilizing full capacity and resources. **Roles And Responsibilities** • Executing the shift production targets & given projects as per given timeline. • Maintaining the discipline and order on the line and providing feedback to Cluster-in-charge on any violation of regulations • Able to handle at least 50 Nos operators in a shift • Executing the action plan as defined by the shift manager. • Monitoring, controlling & recognizing the performance of all operators. • Leading the daily shift activity, it’s briefing to the seniors & carry out the communication with operators as required • Taking immediate actions during shift to close off any issues related to safety. • Training & Developing of team members/Operators. • Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for production & their revision as per requirement • Prepare shift MIS report and discuss the same with cluster in-charge & shift-manager. • Rejection analysis & suggest improvement actions • Continuous Improvement in yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects • Response & Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints • Keep up-to-date on new external developments on solar cell processes **Required Skills** • Experience & knowledge about Solar Cell & its operation2. Characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Rework reduction, breakage reduction, Throughput improvement etc.) • Knowledge about basic Six Sigma Methodologies, Kaizen, QC tools. • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills • Good Knowledge about MS-word , Excel. • Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials. **Required Skills** • Experience & knowledge about Solar Cell & its operation2.
