The intern will work closely on some of the company’s most important strategic, operational, and cross-functional priorities. The role will provide exposure to how decisions are made and executed at the leadership level within a large, fast-growing consumer and technology business. This is not a conventional internship. The ideal candidate is expected to take an AI-first approach to execution, using AI tools to research faster, analyse better, structure ambiguous problems, and move projects from idea to implementation with greater speed and ownership. **Key Responsibilities** - Support the CoS on strategic projects, business reviews, and company-wide initiatives. - Conduct structured research and analysis across markets, competitors, consumer trends, new businesses, and strategic opportunities. - Analyse business and operational data to identify insights, risks, and areas for improvement. - Prepare high-quality presentations, business updates, decision notes, and leadership communication. - Work with cross-functional teams to track key initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure timely closure. - Help structure complex and ambiguous problem statements into clear workstreams and actionable recommendations. - Leverage AI tools to improve the speed and quality of research, analysis, problem-solving, and execution. **Ideal Candidate Profile** Our preference is for candidates with approximately one year of relevant work or internship experience. However, exceptional fresh graduates with strong problem-solving ability and demonstrated initiative can also be considered. **The ideal candidate profile:** - 0–2 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, investment banking, business operations, analytics, the founder’s office, or a similar fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - The ability to create clear, concise, and leadership-ready presentations. - Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and business metrics. - Strong research skills and the ability to quickly develop an understanding of unfamiliar sectors or problems. - High attention to detail and a strong bias for action. - Curiosity about AI and familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms. - **The Rebel Culture:** We believe in empowering and growing people to perform the best at their job functions.
