Exp: 6 to 8 yrs Location: Bangalore Only Np: Immediate to 15 days Position Description: Experienced UI / UX Software Engineer with strong ReactJS expertise and experience delivering complex, businesscritical enterprise user interfaces.   Your future duties and responsibilities . Build and enhance complex, responsive, highperformance user interfaces using ReactJS. . Design and develop rule authoring user experiences that enable business users to define, edit, and validate rules without writing code. . Implement advanced formdriven UIs with inline validation, rule consistency checks, and guided authoring flows. . Develop mapping tree and DAG visualizations to represent hierarchical transformations and reuse structures. . Implement impact analysis and change visibility features, showing impacted rules, trees, usages, and certifications prior to publishing. . Build version comparison UIs with sidebyside views highlighting logical, parameter, and metadata changes. . Integrate frontend modules with NodeJS backend services using REST APIs. . Manage React state solutions to support complex interactions and navigation flows. . Ensure crossbrowser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance. . Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user journeys. . Support operational UI features such as execution status dashboards and filtering capabilities. . Participate in production support, troubleshooting UI issues, and improving platform usability. . Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews. . Mentor junior engineers and contribute to shared UI standards. . Own UI feature delivery endtoend within Agile sprints. . Be flexible to support global teams and Paris business hours when required. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Must have skill: . Strong handson experience with ReactJS, modern JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS. . Experience building formheavy, configurationdriven UI platforms. . Solid experience integrating with NodeJS backend services via REST APIs. . Handson experience with frontend state management. . Proven experience in performance optimization and UI scalability. . Experience with Git, Agile practices, and frontend testing. Good to have skill: . Experience implementing data visualization, trees, DAGs, or graphbased UIs. . Exposure to operational dashboards, monitoring, or analytics UIs. . Strong understanding of UX principles for business and operational users. .
