Interface and collaborate with other ITIL processes in SIAM and BAU Towers Experience: Previous experience working within a SIAM model and/or multi-vendor IT environment. ITSM Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, particularly Change Management. Communication: Strong ability to manage stakeholders and mediate between suppliers Tools: Proficient in ServiceNow Or BMC Helix/Remedy (specifically Change module/reporting) and Jira.
