**Job Title** Change & PMO Analyst (EMEA) | Bangalore **Job Description Summary** The Change & PMO Analyst provides critical analytical, coordination and delivery support to the Central Operations team, within the Change & PMO Centre of Excellence (COE). The COE sits across both the APAC & EMEA regions, but this role will primarily focus on APAC. This role will be supported by another Change & PMO Analyst focusing on the EMEA region, but some collaboration may be required to ensure effective integration across both regions. **Job Description** **About The Role:** - **Change Delivery Support:** Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, training coordination and adoption tracking. - **PMO Coordination:** Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards and documentation across key initiatives. Ensure accuracy, version control and timely updates. - **Communications & Materials Development:** Draft communications, leadership updates, slide decks, FAQs, training materials and engagement content aligned to change plans. - **Governance & Reporting:** Produce monthly/quarterly reporting packs, update governance artefacts and coordinate inputs for steering committees and project reviews. - **Framework & Toolkit Maintenance:** Support the ongoing refinement, organisation and adoption of the change and PMO toolkits; ensure templates are current and consistently used. - **Stakeholder Coordination:** Organise meetings, workshops and working sessions; prepare agendas, pre-reads and minutes; track follow-ups and decision logs. - **Change Metrics & Insights**: Collect and analyse data related to adoption, training attendance, engagement and readiness; highlight trends and risks. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify gaps in process, documentation or tooling and propose enhancements to improve quality and efficiency. - **Knowledge Management:** Maintain structured repositories for change, PMO and project materials to enable reusability and standardisation. - **Support to the Lead:** Provide day-to-day execution support to the Change & PMO Lead on COE priorities, including special projects and cross-functional coordination. **About You:** - 2-4years of experience in change management, PMO, transformation, consulting, or project coordination roles. - Experience supporting cross-functional projects within large or matrixedorganisationspreferred. - Exposure toProsci, APMG or similar frameworks a plus (certification helpful but notrequired). - Experience developing reports, dashboards or project documentation strongly preferred. - Formal consulting or in-house experience with recognized change or transformation firms (e.g.Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey, BCG). - Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field;
