Channel Marketing Manager

This position is for a L5 resource in Channel Marketing team. The role requires to support Banca channel with marketing campaigns. Should have experience in developing digital campaigns **Key responsibilities:** - Creative Agency Management: work with external creative agency partners in briefing, giving feedback and executing communication creatives. Can work under strict timelines and has the ability to prioritise tasks on daily basis - Operational Skills: Understands the guardrails of life insurance and uses that knowledge while developing communication. Has worked with Compliance and knows the Compliance processes, filing of creatives for release. Able to ideate and plan ways of improving CTR / open rates of emailers with the agency & business stakeholder. Eye for detail is important - Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and Bank teams to support them with marketing material on a regular basis. Also be able to work closely with Product, Compliance and other support functions **Education & Skills:** - Proven work experience as a Channel Marketing Manager in Life Insurance - A masters degree in Marketing, Business or related field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with partners and internal teams - Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously - The candidate should be highly organised and detail-oriented
