Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Handle international chats from various clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. - Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. **Job Requirements :** - 0-4 years of experience in non-voice process or chat support. - Proficiency in handling international chats in English language (written). - Strong understanding of the internet industry trends and technologies. - Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
