**We are seeking a visionary, high-caliber Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to anchor the financial strategy, capital structuring, and commercial execution for a new upcoming hospital in Hyderabad** **Key Responsibilities** **A. Strategic Financial Leadership** **• Partner with the promoters and executive board to define the long-term financial strategy,business plans, and growth milestones for the new multi-specialty unit.** **• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the project phase, ensuring budget control, strict cost management, and timely capital deployment leading up to the Q1 2027 launch.** **• Establish robust internal controls, financial policies, ERP systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored for hospital operations.** **B. Capital Structuring & Fund Management** **• Formulate the debt-equity mix and secure competitive funding lines (Project Finance, Working** **Capital, Term Loans) via banks and financial institutions.** **• Oversee corporate treasury, manage cash flows efficiently during the pre-revenue phase, and optimize working capital cycles post-launch.** **C. Hospital Commercials & Unit Economics** **• Oversee hospital-specific revenue cycles, including cash flow management from cash patients, corporate tie-ups, insurance providers, and government panels (CGHS, EHS, Aarogyasri, etc.).** **• Drive tariff structuring, departmental profitability analysis (OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics,Pharmacy), and doctor payout models.** **• Direct the procurement and supply chain finance strategy for medical equipment (capex) and consumables (opex) to maximize margins.** **D. Compliance, Risk & Governance** **• Ensure strict statutory compliance with all local laws, taxation frameworks (Direct & Indirect/GST), and healthcare regulatory mandates.** **• Lead internal and external audit processes, providing transparent financial reporting to the board.** **Requirements:** **Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.** **10 to 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 35 years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP, or Head of Finance).** **Healthcare/Hospital industry experience is highly desirable, particularly exposure to scaling up new hospital units or greenfield projects.**
