**Role & responsibilities** - Partner closely with the COO and translate business priorities into measurable outcome by driving cross-functional execution, governance, tracking business performance through data-driven insights, identifying execution risks, and ensuring timely delivery of key transformation initiatives. **Strategic Program Management:** - Drive the execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives sponsored by the COO with defined timelines. - Convert strategic priorities into detailed implementation roadmaps with milestones, owners and measurable outcomes. - Track progress across multiple initiatives and remove bottlenecks by coordinating with functional leaders. **COO Office Governance:** - Design review cadence including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). - Prepare executive dashboards and governance reports for the COO and Executive Leadership Team **Business Performance & Data Analytics:** - Develop executive dashboards covering operational, financial and customer KPIs. - Build predictive insights using business data that showcases trends and performance gaps to support strategic decision making. - Present concise, insight-led recommendations to the COO **Executive Decision Support:** - Conduct business research, market benchmarking and competitor analysis. - Build executive presentations for Board, Leadership Council and strategic reviews. - Support annual business planning and operating reviews **Preferred candidate profile** - **Experience:** 2-3 years - **Qualification Background:** MBA from a premier business school - **Prior Experience/Background:** 2-3 years in strategy, transformation, business excellence, corporate operations, CXO Office. - Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and growth initiatives. - Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen - Data analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making - Business Transformation & Change Management - Enterprise Program & Portfolio Leadership - Financial and Commercial acumen
