Read on… **About the role** We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership team at Licious. This role will act as a strategic and operational partner to drive key business priorities across procurement, planning, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain transformation initiatives. **What makes the role meaty?** - Work closely with Supply Chain leadership to drive strategic initiatives and organization-wide priorities. - Lead cross-functional projects across procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, logistics, and operations. - Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives across the supply chain ecosystem. - Support leadership in business planning, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic projects. - Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority projects with clear timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment. - Track key business metrics, project milestones, risks, and dependencies. - Ensure closure of critical action items across functions and leadership reviews. - Build operating cadences, review mechanisms, and governance structures. - Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify business insights and improvement opportunities. - Build dashboards, trackers, and management reports for leadership decision-making. - Conduct deep dives into areas such as cost optimization, service levels, inventory, fulfillment, wastage, productivity, and process efficiency. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Category, Tech, and Operations. - Facilitate leadership reviews and prepare business updates and presentations for senior management. - Support automation, digitization, and operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain network. - Drive special projects focused on scalability, efficiency, and customer experience improvements. **We hope that you are a…** - MBA/Engineer from a reputed institute preferred. - 4–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, supply chain, operations, program management or business finance roles. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. - Experience working in high-growth startup or consumer businesses preferred. - Strong understanding of supply chain and operational processes. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
