**Must Have Technical/Functional Skills** Chromeleon, CDS, ELN, Java, SQL, **Roles & Responsibilities** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Chromeleon CDS / ELN Specialist** to support and enhance laboratory informatics systems within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS** and **Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN)**, with hands-on experience in system configuration, validation, integration, and user support in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage, configure, and support **Chromeleon CDS (Thermo Fisher)** systems across laboratory environments - Administer and maintain **Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)** platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance - Perform system validation activities including **IQ/OQ/PQ**, documentation, and compliance reviews - Collaborate with laboratory, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions - Ensure compliance with **regulatory standards** such as GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 - Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system-related issues - Support data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems (LIMS, ERP, etc.) - Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and training materials - Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support - Drive continuous improvements in lab informatics systems and processes **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **LIMS or other lab informatics systems** - Exposure to scripting or database concepts (SQL, APIs, etc.) - Certification in **Chromeleon CDS or ELN platforms** - Background in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
