Core Responsibilities Governance & Standards: Establish, maintain, and enforce project management methodologies, templates, and policies across the organization. Portfolio & Resource Management: Oversee multiple projects, prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, and optimize the allocation of human and financial resources. Reporting & Analytics: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and consolidate data into actionable dashboards and status reports for executive stakeholders. Risk & Issue Management: Monitor the portfolio for potential bottlenecks, establish escalation procedures, and recommend corrective actions. Soft Skills: Strong executive communication, analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and conflict resolution
