**Key Responsibilities** Network Design & Architecture - Design, implement, and support enterprise, campus, WAN, SD-WAN, and data center network solutions. - Develop scalable network architectures aligned with business and security requirements. - Review and optimize network performance, resiliency, and capacity planning. - Create high-level and low-level design documentation. Network Operations & Support - Monitor and maintain network infrastructure availability and performance. - Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues. - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and outages. - Provide technical leadership for network operational excellence. Network Tools & Observability - Administer and optimize network monitoring and management platforms. - Develop dashboards, reports, alerts, and analytics for proactive network management. - Implement network observability and performance monitoring solutions. - Improve network visibility and operational efficiency using advanced toolsets. Automation & Integration - Develop network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, APIs, and scripting technologies. - Automate configuration management, compliance checks, and network provisioning. - Integrate network monitoring platforms with ITSM tools and ticketing systems. - Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and NetDevOps best practices. Security & Compliance - Ensure network solutions comply with enterprise security policies. - Support segmentation, NAC, firewall integrations, and secure access technologies. - Perform network audits, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation activities. Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities - Act as SME and escalation point for network-related issues. - Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. - Participate in strategic technology roadmaps and transformation initiatives. **Required Technical Skills** - Cisco Networking - Network Tools Expertise - Monitoring & Performance Management - Network Configuration & Compliance - Log Analytics & Observability - Automation & Scripting - Cloud & Hybrid Networking (Preferred)
