**Citrix Administrator - SME** **Citrix Administrator - SME** **Location: Delhi** **Experience: 8 years to 15years** **Interview Mode: Online Interview** **Interview Date: 9th July 2025 (Thrusday)** **Interview Time: 12:00 PM to 6:00PM** **Must-Have\\*\\*** - Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDektop with multiple sites and farms. - Experience in Citrix cloud and On Prem. - Install, manage, and troubleshoot Citrix Cloud Connectors for secure communication. - Deep knowledge of Citrix Cloud, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), PVS, and MCS. - Expert troubleshooting skills in User issues, Application issues, Performance issues, System issues, Roaming profiles and Profile reset. - Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting XenApp and XenDektop. - Publishing applications in Citrix. - Strong knowledge in Citrix DAAS console. - Strong knowledge in VDI creation and assignment and troubleshooting. - Windows Active Directory Administration. - Experience managing Citrix farm on VMware. - Good to have knowledge in Control UP · Good to have knowledge in PowerShell · Good to have knowledge in Citrix cloud infra. · ITIL Knowledge **Key Responsibilities:** - Good Team member - Good Communication skills - Mandatory - Excellent Technical skills - Mandatory - Co-ordination with the Customer and on-site team members - ITIL certified - Knowledge / Experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp, XenDektop and Citrix cloud - Work Experience on incidents/Changes/requests/tasks on Service Now - Flexible to work in Shifts - Mandatory 15 years of Continuous Education.
