Finishing & MEP Engineer / Site Engineer **Company:** Godrej Properties **Project:** Godrej Aristocrat, Sector 49, Gurugram **Employment:** **Third-Party Payroll** **Experience:** 4 -10 Years **Qualification:** Any Graduate WALK-IN INTERVIEW **Date:** 19 August 2026 (Wednesday) **Time:** 10:30 AM 2:30 PM **Interview Location:** Godrej Aristocrat – Google Maps Location Job Description Godrej Properties is hiring experienced **Finishing & MEP professionals** for the Godrej Aristocrat project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise finishing and MEP activities at the project site. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. - Monitor plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other relevant activities. - Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and project timelines. - Conduct site inspections and ensure timely closure of snags and defects. - Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and daily project progress. - Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards. Candidate Requirements - Any Graduate - **4–10 years of relevant experience** in Finishing and/or MEP execution. - Experience in residential/commercial construction projects preferred. - Strong site execution, quality control, and contractor coordination skills.
