Job Title: Clinical Research Analyst Experience: 1 to 2 Years Location: Remote **Key Responsibilities:** ● Data Review & Classification: Independently analyze, categorize, and classify complex pharmaceutical information derived from both automated technology feeds and manual data pipelines, strictly following established organizational procedures. ● Secondary Research & Validation: Conduct comprehensive secondary research utilizing highly credible, authoritative industry sources to cross-reference, verify, and validate all ingested data points for accuracy. ● Quality & Timeliness Assurance: Take complete ownership of your workflow to consistently meet and maintain exceptionally high standards of data quality, meticulous accuracy, and operational timeliness in all assigned tasks. ● SOP Adherence & Escalation: Rigorously follow detailed internal process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while demonstrating the analytical judgment necessary to escalate complex discrepancies or systemic issues to senior team members when required. ● Professional Development: Proactively participate in continuous training modules to systematically develop your foundational pharmaceutical industry knowledge and master specialized data classification skills. ● Team Collaboration: Work dynamically with your peer group to discuss findings, share insights, and collaboratively resolve any data or classification discrepancies. Required Qualifications & Competencies **Educational Background:** Must hold a Graduate, Post-Graduate, or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a closely related scientific field. ● Professional Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in secondary research, data entry, data curation, or related analytical roles; equivalent commensurate skills and strong academic foundations will also be considered. ● Domain Vocabulary: A strong foundational understanding of global drug pipelines, product-related medical information, regulatory frameworks, and standard pharmaceutical terminology. ● Communication Skills: Must possess fluent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively collaborate within a global team environment. ● Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with the core Microsoft Office suite, including practical everyday navigation of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
