The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.50 - $23.50. The full pay range for this position per hour is $21.50 - $36.55 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The role of Closing Team Leader can provide you with skills and experience of:  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building and fostering a guest first culture across the store  • Driving storewide sales volume and profitability results   • Developing effective business partnerships across store to achieve common goals  • Workload efficiency across the store including leading closing routines and coaching team members in all areas     As a Closing Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.     • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience.
