Cloud Administrator

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage and support Azure cloud resources including compute, storage, networking and platform services. - Monitor cloud applications and services hosted on Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps. - Handle authentication and authorization components involving Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID. - Support deployments, release cycles and production operations for cloud-based applications. - Assist in configuring and maintaining Azure networking components and connectivity. - Work on Azure Storage Accounts, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB and other data services. - Provide first-level support for Azure AI services, AI Foundry and Cognitive solutions (basic exposure required). - Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security standards and compliance practices. - Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD principles and operational processes. - Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis and system health improvements. **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong cloud fundamentals with handson Azure exposure - Solid understanding of authentication, authorization & Azure AD concepts - Problemsolving mindset with good troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally - Detailoriented with focus on reliability and operational excellence - Adaptability and eagerness to learn evolving cloud services - Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins. - Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates). - Exposure to other cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
