Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for data modernization initiatives - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into detailed data requirements - Participate in the review and validation of data models, data flows, and business rules - Work closely with data engineers, architects, and BI teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions - Analyze complex datasets and stored procedures to derive insights and extract business requirements - Define and document requirements for dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business users - Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards - Conduct impact analysis and support change management activities - Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and documentation - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data-related initiatives **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 8 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to data analysis - Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets - Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling - Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
