**Job Title: Microsoft Fabric Architect** **Experience** 1218 Years **Mandatory Skills** Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, specifically Fabric ETL/Data Engineering. Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric. Experience with Fabric Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Warehouse, and Notebooks. Strong knowledge of data integration, data transformation, data modeling, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with SQL, PySpark, and data engineering best practices. Experience in architecting scalable cloud-based data solutions on Microsoft Azure. **Good to Have** Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) CI/CD and DevOps for data platforms **Important Screening Criteria** Microsoft Fabric ETL/Data Engineering experience is mandatory. Candidates with predominantly Power BI development or reporting experience will not be considered. Power BI exposure is acceptable only as a supporting skill; the candidate's primary expertise must be in Microsoft Fabric architecture and ETL implementation. **Roles & Responsibilities** Design and architect enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric data solutions. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric. Build scalable data ingestion and transformation frameworks. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data architecture. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization. Provide technical leadership and best practices for Microsoft Fabric implementations. **Preferred Candidate Profile** We are specifically looking for candidates with deep Microsoft Fabric ETL/Data Engineering expertise. Candidates whose experience is primarily in Power BI dashboard/report development without substantial Fabric architecture and ETL implementation experience are not suitable for this role
