Key Responsibilities • Support the upcoming GCP-to-AWS migration RFP by contributing to technical strategy, solution approach, effort estimation, and proposal inputs. • Lead cloud assessments, application and workload discovery, migration readiness analysis, and target-state architecture definition. • Define migration strategy, cloud landing zone design, governance, security, networking, monitoring, and operational best practices across AWS and GCP. • Design scalable, resilient, secure, and highly available AWS target architectures for workloads migrating from GCP. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD automation. • Conduct customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical deep dives, and stakeholder discussions to finalize migration scope and solution design. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture guidance. Required Skills • Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route 53, Direct Connect, and AWS security services. • Hands-on experience with GCP services such as GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, and VPC networking. • Proven experience in cloud-to-cloud migration, especially assessment, dependency mapping, re-hosting, re-platforming, modernization, and cutover planning. • Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization across AWS and GCP. • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation. • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 12+ years of overall IT experience. • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on cloud architecture experience across AWS and/or GCP, with strong preference for multi-cloud migration exposure. • Experience in enterprise cloud migration, modernization, cloud assessment, and solutioning engagements. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional and/or Google Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred. Good to Have • Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Digital Health projects. • Experience in multi-cloud architecture, GCP-to-AWS migration programs, landing zone implementation, and enterprise-scale cloud governance. • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
