Job description

- 6-8 years of experience as Automation Specialist or equivalent. - **Must have skills:** - **Automation through Python/PowerShell.** - **CICD Tools – Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory.** - **AWS Knowledge (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CFT)** - **POC (Proof of Concept) implementation.** - **SQL scripting.** - **Windows OS knowledge (Registry Editor, Group Policies, Server Roles etc.)** - **Good to have skills:** - **Troubleshooting skills.** - **Microsoft HPC** - **ITIL process understanding.** - **Tools – SNOW, JIRA, Confluence.** - **ETL tools – Informatica, TWS** - Knowledge regarding hardware and software support with experience in windows environment support in Microsoft stack (Office, Visio, .NET, SQL Server Technologies – SQL databases). - Strong analytics experience for troubleshooting issues within diverse application environments ( **windows/Unix/Linux** ). Preferably Windows. - Excellent organization skills, team player with diverse team of vendors/employee location across the globe. - Ability to prioritize and work under pressure taking end to end ownership of issues and driving resolution.
