**Cloud Engineer** **Location :** Chennai **Experience Range: 6 12 Years** **Cloud Infrastructure Management:** - Design and configure Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), including subnets, routing tables, NAT gateways, and VPN connections. - Implement and manage Auto Scaling Groups (ASGs) for EC2 instances to ensure scalability and availability. - Manage Elastic Block Store (EBS) volumes and optimize storage solutions. **Security and Compliance:** - Develop and enforce security policies using Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Groups, and Network ACLs. - Configure and manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) to protect against web application vulnerabilities. - Implement OS hardening processes to ensure secure server configurations. **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** - Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK. - Maintain and version control IaC scripts for reproducibility and consistency. **Monitoring and Optimization:** - Set up monitoring solutions and third-party tools to track performance and security metrics. - Analyze and optimize resource utilization to ensure cost efficiency. **Incident Management:** - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Azure environment promptly. - Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. - Collaboration and Documentation: - Work closely with development and DevOps teams to align infrastructure needs with application requirements. - Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes
