Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and microservices. * Build software solutions using Java or Golang. * Develop automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python. * Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. * Support containerized applications and Kubernetes-based deployments. * Participate in design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills Technical Skills * Strong experience in Linux environments. * Proficiency in Shell Scripting. * Working knowledge of Python. * Development experience in Java or Golang. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or equivalent. * Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment. Professional \& Behavioral Skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong learning attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business needs. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. * Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment towards deliverables. * Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and manage multiple priorities. Good-to-Have Skills * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes deployments. * Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. * Exposure to MLOps tools, workflows, and deployment practices. * Understanding of ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. * Telecom domain experience.
