Job description: Job Description **JD for L2 Core Infra Support Engineer(** Azure & AWS) **Band: B2 | Experience: 5–8 Years | Organisation: Wipro Limited** **Location: Anywhere in India** Required Skills & Qualifications **Category** **Details** Experience 5–8 years in cloud infrastructure engineering (Azure & AWS) Core Platforms Azure IaaS/PaaS, AWS IaaS/PaaS Compute VMs, AKS/EKS, Docker, Containers Storage Blob, Disk, Files, S3, EBS Networking VNET, VPC, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, NSG, Load Balancers Data Protection RSV, ASR, CRR, AWS Backup PaaS Services App Services & Functions/Lambda IaC & Automation Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation (any one or more) Monitoring Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, CloudWatch ITSM ITIL foundation knowledge; experience with ServiceNow or equivalent Education B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. ͏ Areas of Responsibilities Business process analysis-Assist in data analysis to support identification of domain-specific change areas. Market research & benchmarking-Support market research and benchmarking study to identify industry trends and alternate third party products wherever applicable. Optimization Initiatives-Assist in identifying improvement areas across processes and functions to enhance process performance and solution delivery.
